We make food. Real, nourishing, feel-good food.
From golden and crispy to beautifully spiced, slow-cooked and melt-in-your-mouth, our meals are built around fresh produce, wholesome grains and flavour-packed ingredients. Every box is made to be satisfying, nourishing and seriously delicious.
And you can count on a side of our crispy kumara ribbons — our food is gluten-free, dairy-free and free from added sugar. It’s not a trend for us; it’s simply the way we love to cook.
Herba was born from a simple idea: healthy food should be quick, convenient and genuinely delicious.
We started our journey in our trusty Herba trailer, serving up fresh, wholesome meals and adding something a little different to dunedin city.
